Pre-order: how it works

With Only Winners Lose, every piece we create is a true adventure. And you're part of it from the start. For this collection, we chose the pre-order system.

Why pre-order?

We believe in responsible, thoughtful production. Each item is designed exclusively, without surplus or waste. You can place an order before the product is even made, allowing us to create exactly the number of pieces you need, no more, no less.

Here's how it works :

1. Select your product : you order your favorite product during the pre-order period.
2. We manufacture to measure : Once the pre-order period is over, we start production based on the exact number of orders received.
3. Shipped direct to your door : As soon as production is complete, your product is shipped direct to your door.

Why this system?

• No turning back (or not) : After pre-orders close, there may be no stocking of these products. So this may be your only chance to get them.
• A longer lead time, but for a good product : Because we produce on demand, after pre-orders close, the lead time will be longer than in conventional sales. But you'll receive a product that's been carefully designed especially for you.
